Warranty Policy
CUSTOMER TERMS
Effective August 5, 2026
This Warranty Policy applies to all equipment, instruments, components, parts, accessories, and other products sold by Focused Partner unless different warranty terms are expressly stated in writing in the applicable product listing, quotation, invoice, or signed agreement.
AS IS SALE
Except for any express written warranty specifically provided by Focused Partner, all products are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITH ALL FAULTS.
1. No General Warranty
Focused Partner makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding a product's condition, remaining useful life, performance, compatibility, or suitability for a buyer's particular purpose, except as expressly stated in writing for that specific product or transaction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focused Partner disclaims all express and implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
2. Product Condition and Buyer Responsibility
Many products offered by Focused Partner are used, pre-owned, refurbished, discontinued, surplus, or otherwise not new. Cosmetic wear, prior use, age-related variation, and differences from current models may be present unless the product listing states otherwise.
The buyer is responsible for reviewing the product description and available photographs, confirming compatibility and installation requirements, and determining whether the product is appropriate for the buyer's intended use before purchase.
3. Services Not Included
Installation, calibration, certification, validation, inspection, repair, preventive maintenance, software licensing, and regulatory or code compliance services are not included unless expressly stated in writing. Any required professional installation, testing, or inspection is the buyer's responsibility.
4. Manufacturer or Third-Party Warranties
A product may retain a manufacturer or third-party warranty. Any such warranty belongs solely to the issuing manufacturer or provider and is subject to its terms, eligibility requirements, and claims process. Focused Partner does not guarantee that any third party will recognize, transfer, or honor a warranty unless Focused Partner expressly states otherwise in writing.
5. Written Exceptions Control
If Focused Partner provides a product-specific written warranty, the scope and duration of that written warranty control only for the identified product. No oral statement, informal communication, courtesy assistance, or prior transaction creates or expands a warranty.
6. Rights Required by Law
Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. If applicable law requires a warranty or remedy notwithstanding this policy, that requirement will apply only to the minimum extent required by law.
