Schaerer Coffee Art Plus Automatic Coffee Machine

The Coffee Art Plus is a fully automatic coffee machine built by Schaerer AG. Grinding, dosing and brewing are carried out by the machine; two bean hoppers feed separate grinders so that more than one coffee can be held ready, and a steam wand with fine-steam air injection and automatic shut-off prepares milk. Beverage selection is made from a touchscreen interface. Schaerer's operating instructions state that the machine is intended for commercial use in hotels, restaurants and similar establishments, and permit installation at self-service locations where a member of staff is present to supervise.
