Brasseler USA EndoSequence 2 Cordless Endodontic Handpiece

The EndoSequence 2 is Brasseler USA's cordless endodontic micromotor handpiece. It runs from rechargeable AAA batteries and weighs under four ounces, with an LCD display, torque and speed controls, auto-reverse and five programmable settings. Motor speed runs from 2,000 to 10,000 rpm; through the 10:1 gear reduction contra angle the file turns at 200 to 900 rpm. Brasseler describes the rheostat-free design as providing speed for both initial treatment and retreatment, and identifies the handpiece for use with nickel titanium rotary files.
