KaVo K-Control EWL 4960 Knee-Operated Control Unit

The K-Control EWL 4960 is KaVo's knee-operated control unit for dental laboratory motor handpieces, intended for work on crowns and bridges. It mounts on a suspension rail on the side of a storage cabinet, and the operator regulates speed continuously from 1,000 rpm up to a preselected maximum by pressing the knee switch plate. A digital display shows speed and fault codes, and a preselector caps maximum speed, with counterclockwise rotation limited to about 5,000 rpm. The unit is rated max 220 W, accepts 100, 120 or 230 V, and measures 95 × 280 × 235 mm at roughly 3 kg.
