SciCan Statim 2000 MFG 2012

The SciCan STATIM 2000 is a cassette autoclave used to sterilise dental instruments. In place of a fixed chamber it uses a fully removable cassette, which SciCan states allows rapid heating and cooling and lets a sterilised set of instruments be carried to the point of use inside the closed cassette. SciCan describes the STATIM range as using only a small amount of water per cycle, converting it to steam in seconds, and sterilising and drying faster than conventional chambered autoclaves while recording and monitoring each cycle. SciCan specifies steam-processed distilled water.
