Dentsply Cavitron Select Reservoir Pump

The Cavitron Select Reservoir Pump, marked TYPE GEN.-123, is Dentsply's optional lavage dispenser for the Cavitron Select SPS ultrasonic scaler. It is an accessory, not a standalone scaler: the scaler's footswitch, handpiece and power connections transfer to the rear of the pump module, and the two units snap together through an edgecard connector. Paired with the Cavitron Select Reservoir Bottle it lets the scaler run as a closed water system, with 450 ml capacity and fluid driven by an internal diaphragm pump at 15–19 psig. Rated flow is 40 ml/min; the unit is rated 30 VDC, 1.67 A, 50 VA and classified Type B equipment.
