Scican Statim 2000 Cassette Complete

This is the sterilisation cassette used with the SciCan STATIM 2000 cassette autoclave. In STATIM systems the removable cassette serves as the sterilisation chamber itself: steam generated from a small volume of water is delivered into the cassette rather than into a fixed chamber, and the removable design allows the chamber to heat and cool quickly between cycles. The cassette is the component that carries instruments through a cycle. STATIM sterilisation is intended for dental and medical instruments designed to withstand steam sterilisation, and is not intended for liquids, cloth loads or steam-incompatible materials.
